PGF has now ended and we got a great season. The winners were Ryan Atkin and team New Hope Regeneration. The real winners however were the fans. We got hours of great BJJ action for free on youtube. PGF has been hitting it out of the park, so go over and subscribe to their channel and give them a like.
This time I thought I'd do a breakdown video, so I'll give my thoughts there, but I'll drop the stats here, so you can see them more clearly. Please let me know if you like this video and blog format, so I know if I should continue it in the future.
