I'm finally starting to get caught up on PGF and here are the stats and standings for week 2. Don't worry I should be caught up by next week, so you won't be getting anymore a week late. Anyway, so far the season is shaping up to be really exciting. Let's take a look below to get an idea of what is happening.
This week we got a 50% submission rate. As I mentioned before, these aren't the complete stats, but these 10 matches should give you an idea of what went on. 50% is a great rate and shows people were really going for it, when it came to finishes. Surprisingly most of the subs were armlocks, with those making up 30% of the finishes. After that we got 1 leglock and 1 choke. The rest of the matches ended in draws, but that isn't because of a lack of effort. I was really happy with the sub rate and pace of the matches.
Week 2 was fun and a solid follow up to week 1. Jett Thomson was the star, but Shawn Melanson and Elijah Carlton are also showing they could win it all. There isn't much more to say besides just watch it. The matches were great and free. What more do you want.
