How People Won
I should mention these stats come from just the playoff matches, so they don't include the other matches from the card, such as superfights or kids matches. Anyway, I was a bit surprised to see so many leglocks, but that happens sometimes. Things started off slow, but then the subs started picking up and we eventually got to a 71.5% submission rate, which is ridiculously high. The playoffs lived up to the hype and they were able to to deliver for the finale.

Overall
This might be a breakout performance from Kevin Beuhring and hopefully this will get him onto some bigger shows. Perhaps this will get him a spot on UFC BJJ or WNO and I'd love to see him on there. There were a number of other breakout stars as well and I hope to see them back on the PGF mats as well as on other shows.
I can't wait for the next season of PGF and hopefully they will do something big for season 10. I'm hoping they will stick to these middle weight classes that have the most depth of talent. Perhaps season 10 could be an all-star season or something similar. I really liked how they switched to a weekly format. Personally I was very busy during this time and couldn't cover it as well as I would have liked, but if it was all in one week, I don't think I would have done it at all. The weekly format gave everyone a breather and something to get excited for in the following week. The future of the PGF is bright and I hope season 10 is just as good as this one was.
