How People Won

Let me state here that I didn't do stats for every match. I did the first 10 matches in the 1st block and the 6 more matches. The 6 other matches were just the matches I wanted to watch. I tried to keep things fair by not looking at the results before deciding to do stats on those 6, so there shouldn't be any bias in them hopefully.

This is a huge change from the past 2 days. On day 3 I recorded a 56.3% submission rate. That is unbelievably high. I think people started to understand the format more and found ways to go in and get the submission. Leglocks still dominated, but we some 3 chokes and a pair of armlocks as well. You can check the stats below to see exactly what the submissions were.

Overall

This is the best day of PGF 7 so far. There was a lot of movement in the points and some people really turned things around. The action picked up quite a bit and the amount of submissions was incomparable. I'm not sure if day 4 will be able to top this, but it will be many athletes last chance to make a run for the playoffs. Let's see tomorrow if anyone will be able to catch up to team New Hope Regeneration or will they easily walk away with the $100,000.

Check out the other days here.
